DB Pairvi – Privacy Policy

Effective date: [date you publish] · App: DB Pairvi (package in.dbpairvi.db_pairvi) · Developer: [developer / organisation name]

Summary: DB Pairvi works fully offline. The developer does not collect, receive, store, sell or share any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your own device, encrypted.

1. Information the developer collects

None. The app has no server, no user accounts hosted by the developer, no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service and no internet permission. It cannot transmit data over the network.

2. Information stored on your device

You may enter case-management information into the app, for example case and court details, hearing dates, names and contact details of persons connected with a case, notes, and documents or photos you attach. This information:

Local user accounts (username, name, role) and passwords/PINs are stored on the device only; passwords and PINs are stored as one-way hashes.

3. Device permissions

4. Sharing

The app shares nothing automatically. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly export a report, a document or an encrypted backup file and choose where to save or send it. You are responsible for how you handle exported files.

5. Backups

The app is excluded from cloud and device-to-device backups. Backups are created only by you, as password-encrypted files. If you lose your device, your passwords and your backup files, the data cannot be recovered by anyone, including the developer.

6. Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete records inside the app, and you can delete everything by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Because the developer holds no data, there is nothing for the developer to delete.

7. Children

The app is intended for adult professional use and is not directed at children.

8. Not an official application

DB Pairvi is an independent administrative tool. It is not an official application of, and is not affiliated with, any government, police department or court, and it does not connect to any government system.
